Temperature Humidity Test Chamber Application
Bellue’s temperature and humidity chamber supports controlled environmental exposure and thermal cycling tests for products and components. The listed BTH models cover 80 L to 1000 L workspaces; confirm the required temperature-humidity profile, specimen load, and configuration when requesting a quotation.
The listed configuration uses a programmable touch-screen controller for temperature and humidity settings. Confirm the operating envelope, measurement requirements, communication interfaces, and data export options for the selected model.
Share specimen dimensions, quantity, heat dissipation, exposure duration, utilities, and acceptance requirements so the quotation can define the equipment and installation scope.

Temperature Humidity Test Chamber Common Faults and Troubleshooting
Use the operating manual for your chamber model when reviewing alarms, operator checks, and maintenance requirements. Share the observations below with Bellue so the service team can review the symptoms and define the next support step.
- Temperature does not reach the setpoint or becomes unstable. Record the programmed temperature, actual temperature trend, elapsed time, specimen load, and any alarm messages. Include whether the issue occurs during heating, cooling, or a hold period.
- Cooling performance changes. Share the starting and target temperatures, the time-temperature record, room conditions, sample arrangement, and any recent changes to the test or installation. Use the model manual to identify the operator checks relevant to your equipment.
- Humidity differs from the target. Record the temperature and humidity setpoints, measured values, duration, water-supply observations, and controller messages. Confirm the installed humidity-sensing and water-system configuration before planning maintenance.
- An alarm interrupts the test. Save the alarm code, time, test stage, and controller record. Follow the model manual for the alarm response and send the records to Bellue for troubleshooting or repair coordination.
For support, include the model, serial number if available, installation location, maintenance history, and relevant photos or controller records. Review parts and repair support or schedule service.
