Double-Deck Burn-In Chamber

Double-deck chamber for thermal aging and burn-in workflows. Define the per-deck load, profiles, control arrangement, and simultaneous operation for the quoted configuration.

Double-Deck Burn-In Chamber Overview

A double-deck layout can support parallel thermal aging or burn-in workflows. The usable space, control arrangement and simultaneous operating capability must be defined for the quoted configuration.

Define the Load for Each Deck

  • Provide DUT dimensions, quantity, fixture and shelf layout, total payload and required usable clearance for each deck.
  • For powered specimens, specify electrical connections, cable access, operating duty and heat dissipation. Include the fixture mass and any airflow obstruction.
  • State whether both decks run the same profile or different profiles. Confirm whether each deck can be independently controlled, and define the controllers, setpoints, airflow paths, alarms and data channels in the quotation.

Temperature Profile and Measurement

Specify the temperature range, heat-up profile, dwell time, door-opening cycle and recovery requirement. Identify whether acceptance is based on chamber air or specimen temperature, the sensor positions and the agreed uniformity and stability measurement method. Define the load and powered heat input used for any performance claim.

Simultaneous Operation and Installation

Confirm performance with one deck operating and with both decks operating under the specified loads. Define logging, over-temperature protection and the response to a fault in either deck. Provide site voltage, phase, available electrical capacity, ambient conditions, heat rejection or ventilation requirements, loading access and maintenance clearance.

Agree the Acceptance Scope

Before ordering, agree the configuration, included shelves and fixtures, wiring interfaces, sensors, protective functions and commissioning scope. Acceptance should cover the approved empty and loaded profiles for each deck and the required simultaneous operation. Throughput, energy consumption and temperature performance depend on the confirmed configuration and operating conditions.

Information Bellue Needs for Sizing

Send the per-deck load drawing, DUT quantity and powered heat load, required temperature profiles, same-profile or different-profile operation, measurement criteria, site utilities and safety constraints. Bellue can use these details to scope the platform and acceptance plan.
